Accountable for end-to-end operational performance of assigned Central Processing Unit (CPU) ensuring timely, accurate, and cost-efficient shipment processing aligned with network cut-offs and service commitments.
Lead and manage shift executives, supervisors, and support teams for manpower planning, productivity, quality, and safety in sorting, processing, and shipment throughput.
Collaborate with Regional CPU Manager and operations teams to meet throughput, turnaround time, productivity, processing quality, cost targets, and support automation and process improvements.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree preferred in engineering, operations, supply chain, logistics, business administration or related field; MBA/PG desirable.
8–11 years relevant experience in logistics, express operations, hub/sort-centre operations, eCommerce fulfillment, warehouse or high-throughput processing environments.
Experience managing medium-to-large operational teams in a time-sensitive environment with hands-on expertise in shipment processing, sorting, shift operations, and manpower management.
Work Experience Required: 8-11 years
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced operational leader in express logistics or similar high-throughput environments with strong focus on shipment processing, manpower optimization, and shift management.
Demonstrates strong data-driven decision-making with capabilities in throughput planning, cost control, and continuous improvement methodologies.
Proficient in managing automation, scanning systems, sortation equipment and coordinating cross-functional teams under tight network cut-offs and service SLAs.
