Lead Quality Engineering (QE) solution design for RFPs, RFIs, proposals, renewals, and assessment engagements across Application Development, Maintenance, and Managed Testing Services.
Define end-to-end QE strategies, operating models, effort estimations, and delivery approaches while collaborating with sales and delivery teams.
Drive AI-led QE transformation initiatives and develop reusable assets, accelerators, and best practices to support large-scale enterprise programs.
Minimum Requirements
9 to 12 years of experience in Quality Engineering, Test Architecture, Solutioning, or Pre-Sales focused on RFP/RFI responses and proposal solutioning.
Expertise in QE methodologies including Functional, Automation, Performance, and Managed Testing Services.
Experience in effort estimation, resource planning, solution costing, and commercial models such as T&M, Fixed Price, Managed Services, and Outcome-Based engagements.
Strong customer-facing, consulting, stakeholder management, and proposal writing skills.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in leading QE solutioning for large-scale enterprise transformation programs with a consulting and proposal-driven operating style.
Demonstrates strong command of AI-led Testing solutions and ability to embed AI-driven capabilities across QE lifecycles.
Able to collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, bid managers, and delivery leads in a global, strategic pursuit environment.
