Manage and review daily accounting operations, monthly/quarterly/year-end financial closures, and prepare financial statements and MIS reports.
Coordinate statutory and internal audits, ensuring timely completion and compliance with audit observations.
Oversee statutory compliance including TDS, GST, payroll-related regulations, and manage cash flows and banking operations including reconciliations.
Minimum Requirements
Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) mandatory.
1-2 years of post-qualification experience in Finance, Accounting, Audit or related fields.
Strong knowledge of accounting standards, GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance.
Work from office location: Bengaluru, India.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience managing end-to-end financial reporting, audit coordination, and compliance in a growing organisation.
Proficiency in accounting/ERP systems (Zoho Books, QuickBooks, Tally, SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel; exposure to reporting or BI tools preferred.
Ability to independently handle multiple finance functions with strong ownership, process improvement focus, and coordination across stakeholders.
