Oversee and ensure compliance with enterprise data management procedures and standards, focusing on Products, Customers, Vendors, Accounts, and Items data domains.
Manage and update master and reference data across multiple systems, including supporting onboarding/offboarding of new master data datasets and attributes.
Analyze and resolve master data quality issues by investigating root causes and coordinating with stakeholders to implement corrective actions.
Minimum Requirements
8 to 10 years of total work experience.
Bachelor's degree required; preference for technical fields or commerce (B.Com) and a Master’s degree (M.Com) preferred.
Experience in data governance or data management within a global manufacturing context, specifically handling master data in ERP systems such as Customer, Product, Material, or Vendor domains.
Proficiency in advanced Microsoft Excel; experience with master data management systems (preferably Reltio); SQL data extraction preferred; knowledge of business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) preferred.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in global manufacturing industry data governance with strong domain knowledge in ERP master data management (Customer, Product, Material, Vendor).
Able to partner effectively with business and technical teams to standardize operational data and drive enterprise-wide data governance adherence.
Skilled at root cause analysis of data quality issues and leading cross-functional alignment and change initiatives related to master data quality and stewardship.
