Analyze vendor performance, financial, operational, and commercial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, KPIs, and execute contract and compliance checks to support vendor management and cost optimization.
Support sourcing and procurement processes including RFP/RFI preparation, vendor benchmarking, contract drafting, and stakeholder reporting.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field; Master's preferred.
3+ years of experience in vendor management, business analysis, sourcing, commercial operations, or procurement, preferably in technology, B2B, or outsourcing.
Strong proficiency in Excel and data analysis; working knowledge of SQL and data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.
Work Experience Required: 3+ years
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in vendor management and commercial operations with understanding of outsourcing/vendor ecosystem and contract terms.
Strong analytical and data interpretation skills able to translate large datasets into actionable business insights.
Able to work cross-functionally with Sourcing, Procurement, Finance, Legal, Operations, and business teams supporting strategic vendor decision-making.
