Digital Product Mgr-AI&D

Lead rapid validation of AI and data-driven business opportunities to inform investment decisions on scaling or pivoting initiatives.

Provide strategic product leadership at the intersection of business strategy, AI product innovation, and enterprise transformation, influencing senior stakeholders.

Design and execute discovery sprints, prototypes, experiments, and user research to evaluate desirability, feasibility, viability, and scalability of AI products in complex enterprise environments.

8-13 years of work experience in related fields.

Educational requirement flexible: Doctorate; or Master's with 2 years; Bachelor's with 4 years; Associate's with 8 years; or High School with 10 years in Information Systems, Technology, Product, Digital, AI, Data, or Business Transformation domains.

4+ years of product management or related experience, including product strategy, innovation, digital transformation, or consulting.

2+ years specifically with AI, machine learning, data products, automation, LLMs, agents, NLP, analytics, or enterprise AI solutions.

Demonstrates a strong product mindset with technical depth to evaluate AI/data opportunities for practicality, scalability, and alignment with enterprise technology directions.

Experienced in bridging complex AI technologies (LLMs, AI agents, NLP) with business outcomes in fast-evolving, cross-functional environments.

Skilled at making evidence-driven product recommendations, managing senior stakeholder relationships, and communicating complex AI concepts to non-technical leaders.
