Lead the development and evolution of Content Sourcing Systems to enable secure, scalable collection of non-real-time data for LSEG Data and Analytics.
Own the product vision, roadmap, and backlog; prioritize and deliver platform features aligning with business strategy and customer needs across multiple teams using SAFe agile methodologies.
Drive cross-team collaboration, PI planning, and stakeholder communication including senior leadership to ensure adoption, customer satisfaction, and measurable business value.
Minimum Requirements
15+ years of professional experience in product management, product ownership, data or platform engineering, or a related field.
Experience working with Scrum teams, owning scrum team backlogs, and eliciting requirements into hierarchical user story formats (Epics, Features, Stories).
Financial services experience with knowledge of financial data is mandatory.
Computer Science, Engineering, or related STEM degree required; Agile certification (SAFe or similar) preferred.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Senior-level individual with strong technical and product management expertise in data platform or content sourcing systems within financial services.
Experience working in large-scale agile environments (SAFe), able to manage complex cross-team dependencies and align multiple stakeholders.
