About This Role

Lead technical strategy and development of scalable AI software solutions for financial markets.

Manage and mentor software engineering teams across full lifecycle from architecture to deployment.

Minimum Requirements

15+ years professional experience in engineering; 10+ years shipping software across full product lifecycle; 6+ years leading software engineering teams.

Proficiency in Object-Oriented programming with Python or Java.

Experience with cloud technologies (Azure and/or AWS) and DevOps practices including CI/CD, automated testing, and monitoring.

Strong background in designing and implementing high-performance, scalable systems with AI-focused software.
