About This Role
- Lead development and enhancement of databases for Digital Transformation platform, ensuring alignment with business and IT requirements.
- Collaborate closely with IT and business stakeholders to analyze requirements, design systems, and optimize software and data performance.
- Provide technical leadership on multiple projects, improve database reliability, develop software for platform infrastructure, and support multiple large distributed software applications.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related technical/scientific discipline.
- 9+ years of software development experience using PostgreSQL, Oracle, MongoDB, SQL Server, MySQL databases with strong expertise in RDBMS, SQL, stored procedures, and related database development.
- Experience with database migrations, upgrades, performance tuning, and development/debugging database objects in domains such as e-Commerce, finance, billing, insurance, or banking.
- Familiarity with DevOps and CI/CD tools (e.g., Bitbucket, Jenkins, Jira), cloud platforms like AWS, plus experience leading software development teams and mentoring.
