Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology.
7+ years of software development experience in IT industry.
Proficient in Angular, React, Node.js, JavaScript, Python, .NET, web services (SOAP and REST), and relational databases (PostgreSQL, Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL).
Experience with CI/CD and DevOps tools such as Bitbucket, Jenkins, Jira, Git, Confluence; knowledge of AWS and responsive/accessibility web design.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced with broad web technologies and frameworks handling front-end and back-end development in enterprise environments such as e-Commerce, finance, billing, insurance, or banking.
Capable of independently managing work, leading software development teams, and mentoring to build high-performing teams.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical, problem-solving skills and proactive in identifying bottlenecks and quality improvements through structured processes.
