Develop and maintain responsive front-end web experiences within the Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) ecosystem using HTL/Sightly, AEM Core Components, HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript, and modern front-end frameworks.
Implement and optimize AEM components focusing on accessibility (WCAG standards), performance (Core Web Vitals), and integration with analytics and personalization tools.
Support delivery lifecycle activities including estimation, sprint delivery, production validation, troubleshooting, and maintain documentation and knowledge transfer artifacts.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Minimum 7 years of software development experience including enterprise responsive website delivery.
Strong hands-on experience with AEM 6.x or AEM as a Cloud Service front-end development using HTL/Sightly, AEM Client Libraries, and Core Components.
Adobe Experience Manager certification required.

Experienced front-end engineer with deep expertise in AEM ecosystems and component-based design patterns.
Proficient in accessibility standards (WCAG), web performance optimization (Core Web Vitals), and front-end debugging in distributed Agile teams.
Ability to collaborate on design systems and work effectively across cross-continental teams supporting hybrid and global workflows.
