Lead the end-to-end migration of enterprise-scale Tableau dashboards and reports to Power BI, ensuring functional parity and performance optimization.
Design, develop, and optimize advanced Power BI semantic models, reports, and dashboards using DAX, Power Query/M, Microsoft Fabric, and Databricks integrations.
Provide technical leadership by establishing best practices for migration, troubleshooting complex BI issues, and collaborating with stakeholders for requirement translation and solution validation.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in Power BI / enterprise BI analytics.
Advanced expertise in Power BI development including expert-level DAX, Power Query/M, SQL, Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, and Python.
Strong experience with Tableau including understanding dashboards, calculations, LOD expressions, and migration experience from Tableau to Power BI.
Experience with Power BI REST APIs, Tableau APIs, Power BI Service administration, security (RLS/OLS), performance optimization, and large-scale BI environment governance.
Ideal Candidate Profile
