Own the end-to-end transition plan and governance for migrating Java or .NET applications from incumbent vendors to Deloitte.
Lead knowledge transfer, shadowing, go-live, and operational readiness to ensure smooth transition and operational stability.
Coordinate cross-functional workstreams, manage risks, dependencies, change controls, and act as primary client stakeholder contact across the transition lifecycle.
Minimum Requirements
Hands-on experience managing application transitions for Java or .NET applications from incumbent to new service provider.
Experience owning transition roadmap, milestones, governance, and budget.
ITIL Foundation certification required; PMP or PRINCE2 certification preferred.
Work Experience Required: Manager or exit-level Senior Consultant with transition management experience. Location options: Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Pune, Chennai with 11 AM - 8 PM or 2 PM - 11 PM IST shift timings.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in transition and transformation methodologies, with deep knowledge of ITIL and IT service management processes.
Capable of independently leading client governance forums and managing senior stakeholder communications.
Background in multi-tower transitions, preferably in shared services or GCC environments, with strong project/program management skills.
