Minimum Requirements
5+ years of applied software engineering experience with formal training or certification.
Proven Azure cloud expertise supporting mission-critical production environments.
Strong hands-on experience with Python, Java, Shell scripting, Git, CI/CD, Terraform, Jenkins, RESTful APIs, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud monitoring tools like Azure Monitor and Datadog.
Experience evaluating and leading enterprise-authorized AI-assisted software development and operational tools with a focus on security, data sensitivity, and resiliency.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in driving adoption and governance of AI-assisted software engineering practices in large-scale, mission-critical environments.
Capability to lead and coach senior engineers on responsible AI usage, compliance, and secure coding standards.
Strong background in cloud-native application development, container orchestration, and integration of serverless and event-driven architectures in a financial or similarly regulated domain.
