Collaborate with engineering, development, and support teams to enable stable, scalable, and automated cloud operations and lifecycle management.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or related technical field.
3-6 years of experience in IT, cloud operations, infrastructure engineering, or systems support.
Experience with Azure, AWS, Google Cloud Platform, cloud identity, networking, compute, storage, load balancing, and virtual desktop infrastructure (AWS WorkSpaces).
Experience using ServiceNow for incident/request management and infrastructure monitoring support across cloud environments.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in cloud operations supporting multiple public cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) with hands-on troubleshooting and automation expertise.
Familiar with scripting or automation tools such as Azure DevOps, PowerShell, or Python and working in Agile delivery models.
Certified or pursuing certifications like Azure Fundamentals, AWS Cloud Practitioner, or Google Cloud Associate Cloud Engineer, with exposure to hybrid cloud environments and API management.
