Minimum Requirements
12+ years of experience in cloud-native software architecture, including Kubernetes, OpenShift, microservices, distributed systems, and platform engineering.
Hands-on experience in Golang and designing scalable, resilient backend systems.
Proven expertise with large-scale data ingestion, ETL, event-driven, and streaming architectures using tools such as Kafka, ClickHouse, and VictoriaMetrics.
Strong knowledge of Observability platforms (OpenTelemetry, OTLP, PromQL), DevSecOps, CI/CD, automation, Helm, Jenkins, and Kubernetes deployment operations.

Technical leader capable of influencing engineering, product, and customer teams with strategic mindset and hands-on expertise.
Experience mentoring engineering teams and driving technology adoption including AI-assisted engineering and agentic AI frameworks.
Deep domain knowledge in observability and telemetry solutions combined with operational experience resolving complex production issues.
