Lead Marsh PI Tech initiatives and drive Agile continuous improvement efforts alongside Quality Engineering and Delivery Leads.
Minimum Requirements
6+ years experience in IT with successful track record in enterprise scale test programs.
Experience with Agile SCRUM/SAFe delivery frameworks and working in Agile POD/Squad models with in-sprint automation.
Proficiency in test automation using Typescript, JavaScript, Selenium, Playwright, WebDriverIO, TestNG, Cypress, and API test automation with Playwright, RestAssured, or PactumJS.
Hybrid role based in Pune, India requiring minimum three days per week onsite presence.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Strong background in testing AI/Gen AI applications with practical usage of Gen AI tools/plugins for testing efficiency.
Skilled in maintaining CI/CD pipelines and repository management using AzureDevOps, GitHub, and GitHub Actions in an enterprise environment.
Experienced working in fast-paced, cross-functional Agile teams delivering large scale products with quality engineering leadership responsibilities.
