About This Role
- Develop and support the Asset and Liability Platform critical for risk evaluation and business activities.
- Provide technical guidance across business and technical teams, contractors, and vendors.
- Lead adoption and governance of AI-assisted engineering practices to improve code quality, delivery speed, and operational outcomes within the SDLC toolchain.
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years of applied software engineering experience with formal training or certification.
- Advanced proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Java or Python.
- Experience in enterprise use of AI-assisted software development tools and responsible AI practices including security and compliance.
- Practical cloud native experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven ability to independently solve design and functionality problems in software engineering.
- Experience leading technical teams and setting expectations for AI-assisted development validation.
- Strong understanding of secure and compliant AI usage in engineering workflows, with capability to coach senior engineers.
