Associate Engineer/ DBA/ Data Scientist/ Product Analyst

Own end-to-end execution of critical product programs and strategic initiatives, translating priorities into objectives and outcomes.

Drive independent cross-functional projects involving Product, Technology, Business, Operations, Risk, and Finance to resolve risks and bottlenecks.

Prepare leadership updates and decision materials; ensure leadership decisions are implemented and improve operating processes using data and AI-driven metrics.

2–4 years of experience in management consulting, product operations, business operations, program management, fintech/technology, strategy and operations, or similar environment.

Strong structured problem-solving, analytical ability, and program management skills.

Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills with the ability to operate independently and work with senior leadership.

Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and data analysis; experience in fintech, payments, banking, digital products or technology preferred.

Experienced in translating strategic priorities into measurable execution within product or business operations contexts.

Comfortable handling ambiguous business problems and leading cross-functional collaboration without direct authority.

Capable of leveraging AI and automation to improve process efficiency and organizational effectiveness.
