Lead technical strategy, design, and deployment of end-to-end AI/ML and agentic systems to transform legacy Finance processes into AI-native workflows.
Design, build, prototype, and scale multi-agent workflows and AI agents for complex, multi-layered financial problems within Google’s Finance organization.
Collaborate cross-functionally to move prototypes to scalable production systems with robust reliability, auditability, and human-in-the-loop interfaces, implementing strict evaluation frameworks to mitigate errors and biases.
Minimum Requirements
Master's degree in a quantitative discipline such as Statistics, Engineering, Sciences, or equivalent practical experience.
At least 3 years of experience using analytics to solve product or business problems, including coding in Python, R, or SQL, querying databases or performing statistical analysis; OR a PhD in a quantitative discipline.
Minimum 1 year of experience building agentic systems.
In-person interviews required as part of the hiring process.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience in financial, audit, or highly regulated domains requiring deterministic accuracy and auditability.
Proven expertise developing and deploying AI/ML models with modern observability and monitoring to track model performance and drift.
Strong skills in both classical ML modeling (e.g., time-series forecasting, tree-based models) and modern LLM/Generative AI tooling, with ability to communicate complex technical concepts to senior executives.
