Lead development and architecture of computer vision pipelines for autonomous drone perception and navigation, focusing on spatial mapping, 3D perception, and visual navigation.
Develop and deploy real-time aerial vision systems optimized for edge devices (Jetson platforms), including object detection, multi-object tracking, semantic segmentation, and 3D reconstruction.
Manage and mentor vision engineering teams, coordinate hardware integration, and define performance benchmarks for accuracy, latency, and robustness.
Minimum Requirements
6+ years of experience in computer vision, image processing, and deep learning.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Electronics & Communication Engineering (B.E./B.Tech); M.Tech in Computer Vision, AI, or related is preferred but not mandatory.
Expertise with computer vision algorithms including object detection (YOLO, RetinaNet), tracking (SORT, DeepSORT), semantic segmentation, and 3D vision (Visual SLAM, depth estimation).
Proficiency in C++ and Python programming; experience with CUDA, TensorRT, ONNX Runtime; and embedded vision deployment on Jetson platforms.

Strong background in integrating vision systems with drone hardware/software stacks like PX4/ArduPilot and MAVLink protocol.
Technical expertise in GPU optimization and edge AI deployment, with strategic focus on performance benchmarking and cross-functional collaboration with hardware teams.
