Minimum Requirements
15+ years progressive experience in product operations, lifecycle management, supply chain or related global capability functions with complex delivery responsibility.
Proven experience leading multiple specialist teams and managing global stakeholder relationships.
Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, supply chain, operations, business or related field; MBA or postgraduate qualification preferred.
Strong knowledge of product/component data, bills of materials, lifecycle change management and operational analytics; experience with product documentation and commercial enablement processes.

Experienced senior leader capable of managing cross-functional teams and driving global operational excellence in product lifecycle management.
Strong commercial and operational acumen with ability to influence senior international stakeholders without direct authority.
Technically proficient in analytics and automation tools (e.g., Power BI, RPA, AI) and familiar with ERP/product management systems in regulated healthcare or complex manufacturing environments.
