Own technical response for incidents and requests related to BeyondTrust privileged access and identity governance solutions.
Maintain and support privileged access management technologies including troubleshooting, patching, configuration backups, and compliance reporting.
Document incident resolutions, create SOPs, and perform routine maintenance adhering to SLA/OLA guidelines.
Minimum Requirements
3-5 years of experience implementing, administering, and supporting privileged access management technologies, preferably BeyondTrust.
Must have BeyondTrust Engineer Password Safe certification on hire.
Experience with system administration, scripting (JavaScript, Python), Rest API, LDAP, Active Directory, and administering Windows Server and Unix/Linux systems remotely.
Must be able to work onsite in Bangalore minimum 3 days per week.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced with BeyondTrust and PAM market tools, trends, and methodologies.
Familiar with ITIL, SDLC, DevOps procedures and comfortable working in NOC/SOC environments.
Strong troubleshooting skills with ability to analyze logs and errors; holds relevant industry certifications like CISSP, CEH, or similar.
