Project Manager Senior (Banking/Fintech)

Lead global end-to-end project management for fintech/payment projects, ensuring delivery within scope, time, budget, and quality.

Define project plan baselines and implement monitoring and control to manage execution risks and deliverables.

Build and maintain stakeholder relationships including senior sponsors, and orchestrate cross-functional, multinational teams through effective governance and communication.

10-15 years of project management experience in financial services, preferably payments/banking systems.

Degree in Computer Science, MIS, Business, or Finance.

PMI PMP certified or equivalent project management certification.

Must have excellent English communication skills and flexibility to travel and work across different time zones.

Experienced in software implementation with knowledge of SDLC and application development for banking/payment systems.

Proven ability to manage multiple client projects virtually and in multinational environments with strong stakeholder management.

Familiar with project management methodologies (PMI and/or Prince2) and commercial/contractual project constraints.
