Provide basic technical support and troubleshooting in infrastructure services to resolve issues and assist daily operations.

Contribute to infrastructure projects and assist in monitoring infrastructure systems to support operational needs.

Develop and maintain documentation such as incident logs ensuring adherence to best practices and standards.

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent education and experience.

Minimum of 3 years total relevant industry experience, including at least 1 year in a similar infrastructure support role.

Proven experience in infrastructure technology analysis with proficiency in data analysis and basic technical concepts.

Relevant certifications (CompTIA A+, AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals) and an advanced degree are advantageous but not mandatory.

Experienced in hands-on infrastructure technology analysis and support with exposure to project tasks and system monitoring.

Operates well in collaborative team environments supporting daily infrastructure operations and documentation.
