Implement and lead configuration and development of ServiceNow modules including ITSM, CSM, Workspaces, and custom applications with minimal guidance.
Design, develop, test, and deploy ServiceNow features such as service catalogs, workflows, SLA configurations, integrations, reports, dashboards, and security setups.
Provide technical leadership including coaching junior developers, conducting peer reviews, troubleshooting complex platform issues, and ensuring quality and reliability.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or similar technical discipline or comparable industry experience.
6 to 8 years of ServiceNow configuration and development experience with minimum 5 years in implementation, administration, configuration or development of ServiceNow tool.
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and ServiceNow Certified Application Developer certifications required.
Experience delivering projects implementing Workspaces and Now Assist.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in leading ServiceNow module design and delivery in fast-paced environments with ownership of multiple tasks and shifting deadlines.
Strong hands-on experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, AJAX, Angular, or Bootstrap and administering ServiceNow instances including roles, permissions, business rules, workflows.
Capable of translating technical details to non-technical stakeholders and providing coaching to junior developers while maintaining quality standards.
