Provide technical leadership by mentoring engineers, resolving complex issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align software development with business goals.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or MCA.
8+ years of software engineering experience with significant real-time embedded software development.
Strong hands-on experience with C and C++ in embedded, multitasking, and multithreaded environments; experience with RTOS such as QNX and embedded Linux.
Experience with communication protocols (Ethernet, TCP/IP, RS232/RS485), embedded control systems, debugging, CI/CD, automated testing frameworks, and Agile methodologies.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in leading complex embedded software projects, capable of independently driving technical initiatives.
Familiarity with safety-critical software standards (CENELEC, IEC 61508, EN 50128) and rail transportation industry is advantageous.
Comfortable collaborating across teams and influencing technical decisions with strong analytical and communication skills.
