Assemble and prepare print-ready packaging artwork files (labels, cartons, other components) based on approved inputs and P&G guidelines.
Execute artwork assembly and readiness checks throughout development phases to ensure compliance with technical, regulatory, and quality standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support quality control, defect analysis, file destruction coordination, and pursue packaging process improvements and new technologies.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field.
Advanced English proficiency (C1).
Proven experience with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, especially Illustrator, creating print-ready packaging files.
Strong knowledge of printing methods/technologies (Flexo, Offset, Digital).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in packaging, printing, or consumer goods industry with expertise in packaging artwork development.
Familiar with digital artwork protocols, regulatory requirements, and quality assurance processes in packaging design.
Detail-oriented, focused on execution quality and able to manage workflow from start to finish with strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
