Advanced knowledge of Software Engineering concepts and methodologies must be demonstrated.
Work Experience Required: 5 to 8 years, including experience delivering secure solutions in Financial Services.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in leading complex, large-scale projects with an ability to manage cross-functional technical teams and coordinate offshore development.
Strategic thinker capable of developing technology roadmaps, conducting PoCs, and making presentations to senior management and stakeholders.
Strong focus on quality assurance, compliance (including audit requirements), and process improvement within software development lifecycle.
