Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
12+ years in designing, developing, implementing, or operating enterprise software systems and applications.
8+ years hands-on experience in observability, application performance monitoring, Dynatrace, telemetry instrumentation, dashboards, and alerting.
Strong Java/JVM engineering experience and familiarity with distributed systems, microservices, APIs, and cloud-native environments.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced full-stack software engineer with deep expertise specifically in Dynatrace and observability platforms.
Capable collaborator with cross-functional teams including SaaS operations, SRE, product, technical support, and engineering to translate telemetry into actionable insights.
Proven ability to develop and standardize observability implementations, drive adoption, and improve operational readiness in enterprise SaaS and on-premises contexts.
