Define and maintain IAM product strategy, roadmap, and modernization initiatives across workforce, client, privileged access, and machine identities.
Serve as product owner for strategic IAM platforms, translating business and regulatory requirements into deliverable product capabilities with measurable adoption and success metrics.
Lead IAM automation strategy to reduce manual processes, improve operational efficiency, and enable near 24x7 resiliency using tools like Tines, Copilot, and AI Agents.
Minimum Requirements
7+ years of experience in Identity & Access Management, Cybersecurity, Product Management, Security Engineering, or related technology disciplines.
3+ years experience leading strategic technology initiatives, product portfolios, or transformation programs.
Experience with IAM platforms such as Saviynt, Okta, Entra ID, CyberArk, SailPoint, Ping or equivalent.
Familiarity with regulatory frameworks like NIST, FFIEC, ISO 27001, NYDFS relevant to financial services IAM.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced leader in managing complex IAM product portfolios and strategic modernization programs within regulated environments.
Strong technical background in IAM disciplines including Authentication, Authorization, RBAC, PAM, machine identities, and automation workflows.
Operates effectively at the intersection of cybersecurity, risk, engineering, and business stakeholders to drive measurable risk reduction, automation adoption, and operational resilience.
