Assistant Manager- Reactive Sales

Assist in reactive and proactive sales efforts focusing on group and catering accounts to help achieve revenue goals.

Support the sales process including event pre-planning and post-event phases and ensure smooth turnover between sales and operations.

Maximize revenue opportunities through up-selling and accurate forecasting of catering and group events.

High school diploma or GED with 2 years relevant experience OR 2-year degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related field with no work experience required.

Experience Required: Minimum 2 years in sales and marketing, guest services, front desk, or related area OR relevant degree as noted.

Location: Pune, Maharashtra, India (not remote).

Position: Full time management role.

Has practical experience managing catering and group sales including booking, forecasting, and promotion implementation.

Understands and can execute revenue management and budgeting for catering sales.

Capable of customer interaction across departments to maintain brand standards and enhance guest satisfaction during event lifecycles.
