Manager, Inventory Planning & Coordination

Maintain global inventory visibility and coordinate clinical supply distribution to ensure uninterrupted investigational product delivery to patients.

Lead operational coordination among Logistics, Warehouses, Depots, and external partners to ensure timely inventory movements and depot readiness.

Monitor inventory expiry, track Qualified Person release activities, escalate supply risks, and support continuous process improvements in clinical supply chain execution.

Minimum 2 years of experience in Supply Chain or Pharma industry.

Minimum 1 year of Clinical Development experience with global exposure.

Bachelor’s degree in Science, IT or Business (preferably with focus on IT/Digitization/Supply Chain).

Moderate knowledge of global drug development process, regulatory requirements, inventory planning, and supply chain functionality.

Experienced in cross-functional coordination in global clinical supply chain environments.

Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong analytical and project management skills.

Proficient in operational execution and inventory management with an understanding of import/export and industry technology.
