Sr. Manager, Enterprise Analytics - G&A

Lead and prioritize development of enterprise G&A analytics engineering roadmap, including data pipelines, models, semantic layers, and data products for business impact.

Ensure accuracy, trust, and consistency of executive and finance reporting metrics through metric governance, data quality improvement, and collaboration with Finance and Business Technology.

Manage and mentor a team of analytics engineers to deliver scalable, reliable, and user-friendly analytics solutions, incorporating AI tools and automation to enhance speed and data quality.

8+ years in analytics engineering, data engineering, or related field, preferably in SaaS or data-intensive environments.

1+ year of direct management experience of analytics or data engineering teams, including performance management and career development.

Hands-on expertise with Snowflake, dbt, modern ELT pipelines (like Fivetran), SQL, data modeling, and BI tools such as Tableau or Hex.

Experience with AI-assisted analytics tools (e.g., Claude Code, Snowflake Intelligence), semantic layer development, metric governance, and supporting Finance or executive reporting with familiarity in SaaS revenue metrics.

Experienced leader capable of balancing technical depth in data architecture with managing a collaborative analytics engineering team delivering business-critical metrics.

Strategic thinker skilled at aligning analytics roadmap with executive and finance needs to improve decision-making speed and trust in data.

Proven track record in driving analytics engineering process improvements in scaling organizations, including building reusable data products and applying AI tools to analytics workflows.
