Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of experience OR 6+ years equivalent professional experience without a degree.
Strong experience with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES5+), TypeScript, Node.js, and 3+ years with React including client-side scripting.
2+ years of server-side rendering experience using Express.js and proficiency with RESTful APIs, asynchronous programming, and API testing/documentation (Postman).
Experience with state management (Redux ecosystem), frontend testing (Jest, React Testing Library), performance optimization, and translating Figma designs into pixel-perfect markup.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in building scalable, accessible, and high-performance React-based frontend applications in enterprise or e-commerce environments.
Technical collaborator who works effectively with diverse teams (design, product, backend) to deliver synchronized, user-centered solutions.
Comfortable working remotely in Indian Standard Time overlapping US Eastern Time and using AI-powered developer tools to enhance productivity while maintaining code quality.
