Minimum Requirements
3+ years total experience in back-office, document verification, or insurance operations; at least 1 year in Quality Analyst, Peer Coach, or Senior SME role.
Strong knowledge of Property & Casualty insurance and renter's insurance documents.
High-level proficiency in English (written and verbal) for training and feedback delivery.
Experience with CRM platforms, ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk), spreadsheet analysis, and basic insurance operations.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in quality auditing and coaching within insurance or document verification environments.
Comfortable managing multiple operational tasks including audits, coaching, training, and direct processing with attention to detail.
Skilled with AI-assisted tools for operational oversight and able to evaluate AI outputs critically ensuring data governance.
