Minimum Requirements
8+ years software engineering with production full-stack web application and data platform integration experience.
2+ years in a technical leadership or team lead capacity.
Proficient in Python with FastAPI and React with TypeScript, including REST API design, asynchronous programming, and application security.
Hands-on experience with Databricks platform components including Delta Lake, Databricks SQL warehouses, Unity Catalog, and integration of FastAPI services with Databricks APIs.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced technical lead comfortable managing small engineering teams and driving full lifecycle web application development on data platforms.
Strong background in integrating web applications with cloud-based data analytics platforms, especially Databricks, with a focus on scalable, secure API and frontend design.
Skilled at collaborating in cross-functional Agile teams including product owners, UX designers, data engineers, and scientists to deliver production-grade analytical tools.
