Minimum Requirements
Minimum 5 years experience as Business Analyst with focus on Guidewire PolicyCenter.
Strong domain knowledge in Property & Casualty Insurance and insurance policy management processes.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field.
Experience working in Agile (Scrum/SAFe) environments.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in creating detailed functional specs including user stories, process flows, and data mappings for Guidewire PolicyCenter.
Skilled in cross-functional collaboration involving business product owners, developers, testers, actuaries, and architects within fast-paced Agile delivery.
Comfortable working remotely within a global delivery model across multiple geographies and stakeholders.
