Own ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) development and customization including Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, Flow Designer, and Service Portal enhancements.
Configure and enhance ITSM modules such as Virtual Agent, Event Management, Performance Analytics, and CMDB & Asset Management to support business continuity and compliance.
Design and maintain integrations, automate workflows, manage ServiceNow upgrades, and ensure adherence to best practices and ITIL standards.
Minimum Requirements
5-8 years of experience specifically as a ServiceNow SPM Developer.
Hands-on expertise with ServiceNow development tools including Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, Flow Designer, and Service Portal/Workspace customizations.
Experience configuring and customizing ITSM modules such as Virtual Agent, Event Management, Performance Analytics, Request Management, Knowledge Management, CMDB & Asset Management.
Undergraduate degree or higher education qualification.

Experience working in complex enterprise environments with focus on Strategic Portfolio Management within ServiceNow.
Demonstrated ability to independently manage end-to-end ServiceNow customization, integration, upgrade, and deployment activities aligned with ITIL governance.
