Engage with clients and internal teams to understand learning needs, contribute ideas, and stay updated on industry trends for innovative learning solutions.

2-4 years of work experience as an Instructional Designer, digital content creator, or related role, preferably with agency and corporate exposure.

Graduate or postgraduate degree in any field.

Proficient in instructional design frameworks like Bloom’s taxonomy, ADDIE, Gagne’s nine events, and Kirkpatrick’s evaluation model.

Basic knowledge of authoring tools such as Adobe Captivate, Articulate Storyline 360, SAP EnableNow, WalkMe, or Oracle Guided Learning.

Experienced in managing client-facing learning projects and collaborating directly with clients to tailor learning solutions.

Comfortable working independently with limited supervision and handling multiple projects concurrently.

Skilled communicator with a strategic and artistic approach to instructional design and project management.
