Gather and document Accounting requirements and translate them into detailed development user stories and acceptance criteria.
Design and configure tailored Calypso solutions leveraging extensive Calypso Accounting domain expertise to meet business needs and collaborate with Dev and QA teams to ensure delivered functionalities align with requirements.
Provide training, support, and comprehensive procedural documentation for Calypso business users, participate in functional and automated regression testing activities.
Minimum Requirements
6+ years of experience documenting business requirements and translating them into development user stories.
Extensive Calypso BA experience in Accounting domain, involved in Calypso upgrade projects and migration from legacy applications, with knowledge of Calypso versions 16.1 onward (preferably v17/v18).
Experience supporting Calypso Modules FO, MO, BO including Trade/Transfer/Message workflows and integration with external systems such as K+, Summit, Sigma, Murex, SWIFT, Accord, Tram, CityNet.
Education: Any graduate; Proficiency with Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence), Microsoft Office, and knowledge of Agile/SAFe practices.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Domain expert in Calypso Accounting with deep understanding of derivatives, fixed income products, and related lifecycle events including Bonds, Swaps, Money Market, Advances, Letters of Credit, Equity, and Corporate Actions.
Experienced in handling end-to-end Calypso upgrade and migration projects involving cross-system integration with front office platforms and confirmation/payment systems.
Detail-oriented with capability to create comprehensive solution documentation and process flow diagrams to communicate across stakeholders effectively.
