Senior Analyst - Business Intelligence

Own and support the delivery of business intelligence (BI) reporting and dashboards, ensuring alignment with regulatory and compliance requirements.

Perform data preparation including sourcing, scrubbing, mining, and integrating relevant data for BI and data visualization solutions.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify BI needs, streamline and automate reporting processes, and support implementation and maintenance of key performance indicators (KPIs).

Undergraduate degree in statistics, operations research, data science, computer science, STEM, finance, risk management, economics, accounting, or related field.

Experience designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining large-scale BI and data visualization programs.

Proficiency with enterprise dashboard and reporting platforms (e.g., Tableau, Workiva, QlikView, Oracle BI, Business Objects) and handling large data sets.

Work Experience Required: Some prior experience in complex business and technology environments, including stakeholder management and influence on technology change.

Experienced in consulting and collaborating with both technical and business teams to translate complex technical designs into business language.

Familiarity or exposure to metadata processes, data lineage, traceability repositories, big data technologies such as Hadoop, and cloud computing is advantageous.

Demonstrates ability to support BI innovation initiatives, including proof of concept projects for emerging BI and advanced data visualization tools.
