Lead cybersecurity strategy and risk assessments for client engagements, focusing on vulnerability identification and mitigation aligned with business goals.

Manage cybersecurity projects end-to-end including planning, execution, stakeholder communication, and vendor management.

Develop and implement cybersecurity frameworks and controls, conduct maturity assessments, and support compliance and audit readiness.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Security, Cybersecurity, or related discipline.

8-10 years of overall cybersecurity experience including 3-5 years in technical project management and cybersecurity assessments.

Experience with critical infrastructure, industrial, utility, smart grid, or operational technology environments.

Strong skills in cybersecurity governance, risk, compliance, security architecture, and controls frameworks.

Experienced in leading cross-functional cybersecurity teams and managing senior stakeholder engagements.

Proficient in conducting cybersecurity maturity, risk, vulnerability assessments, and architecture reviews using frameworks like NIST and ISO 27001.

Able to drive cybersecurity process improvements and embed security strategies aligned to complex operational environments and regulatory standards.
