Senior Consultant | FT: Strategy & Ops | Gurugram | Finance Transformation | Finance Strategy

Lead requirements gathering, process design, and solution evaluation for Finance Transformation initiatives across FP&A, Source to Pay, and Record to Report.

Facilitate workshops with finance business stakeholders and coordinate with technology vendors and implementation partners to ensure solutions meet business needs.

Support change management, benefits realization, and business readiness activities linked to finance process improvements and technology implementations.

Significant experience as a Business Analyst within large-scale Finance Transformation programmes.

Strong knowledge of Finance functions and processes including FP&A, S2P, and R2R.

Experience supporting finance technology implementations such as ERP, planning, reporting, and automation solutions.

Work location: Gurugram; work mode: Hybrid; workdays: Monday to Friday, UK Business hours.

Experienced in facilitating senior stakeholder workshops and challenging requirements constructively within complex finance transformation environments.

Proficient in managing multiple workstreams and coordinating with cross-functional teams including finance leadership, global process owners, and technology vendors.

Strong analytical and process improvement skills with demonstrable ability to link process changes to measurable business benefits.
