Own end-to-end SAP CRM implementation projects including design, configuration, customization, testing, and deployment.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate CRM requirements into technical solutions and ensure seamless integration with other systems.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members while continuously improving SAP CRM capabilities based on latest developments.
Minimum Requirements
6 to 12 years of hands-on experience specifically in SAP CRM implementation and optimization.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proficiency in SAP CRM modules (Sales, Marketing, Service), middleware, integration with ECC, CRM QTC process, Partner Determination, Pricing, Billing, and debugging standard CRM objects.
Location requirement: Bangalore; Willingness to travel based on project needs.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in handling complex SAP CRM projects end-to-end with strong analytical skills in requirements gathering and solution design.
Technically proficient with SAP CRM development including OData, CDS, AMDP, FIORI, API Management, Webservices, and Restful ABAP programming.
Able to work cross-functionally with business and technical teams and mentor junior consultants in a client-facing consulting environment.
