Lead requirements gathering, documentation, and solution definition for Guidewire ClaimCenter implementations and upgrades.
Serve as primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to align Guidewire ClaimCenter functionality with business needs in P&C insurance.
Guide cross-functional teams through all SDLC phases including analysis, configuration, integration, testing, and user training to optimize claims management processes.
Minimum Requirements
8+ years of Business Analyst experience in the insurance domain, specifically property and casualty (P&C) insurance.
4+ years of hands-on Guidewire ClaimCenter experience in lead or senior BA roles with proven Track record on implementations or upgrades.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
Work Location: Remote India.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in leading multi-disciplinary teams within Agile environments, skilled at writing user stories and managing backlogs for Guidewire ClaimCenter projects.
Strong domain expertise in claims management workflows, insurance regulations, and system integration including APIs and third-party systems.
Demonstrates leadership through mentoring junior analysts, facilitating stakeholder workshops, and driving consensus across technical and business teams.
