Minimum 5+ years of experience in Agile environments (Scrum/SAFe) with Guidewire ClaimCenter & PolicyCenter exposure (required).
Professional insurance designations mandatory.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field required.
Guidewire certification is required but can be obtained after joining.

Experienced in insurance domain with deep understanding of Guidewire implementations and business process integration.
Proficient in collaborating across multiple organizational layers and time zones with strong communication skills tailored for technical and executive audiences.
