Own end-to-end development and maintenance of interactive dashboards, reports, and scorecards using Power BI and Tableau to support business decision-making.
Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to gather reporting requirements, translate them into scalable reporting solutions, and deliver actionable insights based on data analysis.
Develop and optimize SQL queries and semantic models to support data validation, analysis, and self-service analytics in a multi-enterprise data source environment.
Minimum Requirements
2-5 years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Reporting, or related field.
Strong expertise in Power BI (data modeling, DAX, Power Query, dashboard/report development) and advanced SQL skills including complex query optimization.
Bachelor's degree preferred; combination of coursework and extensive professional experience may be considered.
Experience with Tableau dashboard development and maintenance.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in working with large and complex datasets from multiple enterprise systems and building semantic models to enable self-service analytics.
Demonstrated ability to independently manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with cross-functional collaboration including Data Engineering teams.
Familiar with BI best practices, data governance, and continuous improvement initiatives, with exposure to cloud data platforms (e.g., Snowflake) and data warehousing concepts preferred.
