Serve as HR Business Partner to Global Delivery Transformation & Value Lead, driving talent management, succession planning, performance management, and employee relations within Hitachi CSS HR.
Support and coordinate recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, and HR policy implementation aligned with global and regional standards.
Analyze employee survey data, manage complex employee relations cases, lead HR projects, and collaborate with Regional HQ HR teams for best practices and alignment.
Minimum Requirements
15 to 20 years total HR experience with minimum 10 years as HR Business Partner.
Experience in people management and demonstrable success in implementing HR programs.
Location: Based in Bengaluru, India with willingness to travel within and outside India; flexible working model available.
Work Experience Required: Minimum 15 years total experience including 10 years as HRBP.

Proven ability to influence stakeholders across multiple geographies, business units, and functions in a global matrix environment.
Strong commercial acumen with experience aligning HR strategies to business performance outcomes.
Experienced in handling complex employee relations, talent mobility, and driving high-performance cultures within large multinational organizations.
