Alpha Implementation PMO - Assistant Vice President

Lead and manage complex, large-scale client-facing transformation programs across the full project lifecycle for State Street Alpha front-to-back platform onboarding and data transformation.

Own production and presentation of governance reporting including weekly status updates, steering decks, and RAID logs to provide actionable delivery intelligence and risk insights to senior executives and clients.

Chair cross-workstream coordination, resolve escalated blockers, ensure compliance with corporate risk standards, and drive continuous process improvements in program governance and execution.

Master's degree in technology, accounting, finance, business, or equivalent experience.

14+ years of experience managing business projects in large, global financial services organizations or consulting firms, specifically in Financial Services, Asset Management, or Asset Servicing.

Advanced project management certification such as PRINCE2, PMP, or equivalent.

Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, Project) and experience with risk management frameworks.

Experienced leader capable of interacting and challenging senior stakeholders and Alpha Executive Board members with credible, data-driven program insights.

Strong portfolio and program manager with proven ability to manage regulatory, client, and corporate transformation projects independently from initiation through delivery.

Skilled in coordinating multi-geography teams and vendor management, with a focus on scalable, straightforward process improvements and governance rigor.
